SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS or USPS. Shipments with value over $50 include insurance.
Larger custom furniture orders may require freight shipping to reach you safely. This will always be discussed and confirmed before accepting custom furniture orders.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Odonata Woodworks is not responsible for any stolen packages after the package has been delivered.​

WORKSHOP PICKUP
​​
Workshop pickup is available in Madison, WI. We are located on the east side of Madison, easily accessed just off Stoughton Road.
​
Workshop pickup is available by appointment only. After your place your order, someone will reach out with pickup windows available in the next few days.
​
Please stick to your delivery instructions and do not ring the doorbell or knock on the doors. If no one comes to greet you immediately, please text the number you were provided and let them know you've arrived.

DELIVERY
​
Delivery is available in Madison, WI and surrounding areas. You may choose delivery at the checkout. Please include any delivery instructions and we'll be sure to honor them.
Furniture and larger custom orders include delivery and installation.

RETURNS
​
We offer a 14-day refund policy. You have 14 days after the date you receive your item to request a refund.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund. Returns are made at the cost of the customer, and may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@odonatawoodworks.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund may or may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method when your return is received, inspected, and approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
